You can browse this website without creating an account. The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, checkout, or advertising newsletters. Its marker preview runs in your browser; the initials you type into that preview are not sent to us or stored by this website.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time.

Fonts and external services

Email links open your chosen email application. If you send us a message, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, name, question, and any attachments. We use that information to respond to you, provide support, and manage the inquiry. Please share only the information needed for your request.

Pre-order interest list

When you join our interest list, we collect your email address, selected product interest, optional message, consent record, and registration time. We store these securely with our hosting provider and use them to respond to your inquiry and email you when the Smart Marker becomes available to order. Registration is not a purchase, payment, or stock reservation. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your registration by emailing support@birdieconnected.com. We retain registrations until the launch notification and follow-up inquiry are complete, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or another legal obligation applies. We do not sell your email address.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers used to host the website, deliver email, and manage correspondence, or disclosed when required by applicable law. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related business or legal obligations.
